Crown Hospice is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who is passionate about providing comfort, dignity, and quality care to patients and families during life’s most important moments.

Responsibilities Include:

Providing skilled nursing care to hospice patients
Coordinating with RN Case Managers and interdisciplinary teams
Monitoring patient comfort and symptom management
Educating and supporting patients and families
Maintaining accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Current Texas LVN License
Hospice or home health experience preferred
Compassionate bedside manner
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation
