Hourly rate: $26 - $29 per hour DOE.

What You’ll Do

Support QAPI initiatives to help improve patient outcomes and care quality.
Provide hands-on patient care guided by individualized plans of care.
Collaborate closely with RNs on pain and symptom management.
Offer compassionate support to patients and families during end-of-life care.
Partner with an interdisciplinary hospice team including RNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, and more.

What You Bring

Active Missouri LPN license.
3+ years of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred).
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
A genuine heart for hospice and a desire to make a meaningful difference.
