Crown Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team. If you are passionate about patient-centered care and want to make a meaningful impact at the end of life, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Complete comprehensive patient assessments.
Develop and manage individualized plans of care.
Provide skilled nursing care wherever patients call home.
Educate and support patients and families.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary hospice team.
Advocate for comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Missouri + CPR.
1–2 years clinical experience preferred (hospice, home health, geriatric, or acute care).
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Reliable transportation.
